The snow peas are producing and producing. I wanted to come up with a colorful snow pea salad with flavor and crunch. The snow peas have arrived! They are so pretty with their delicate flowers and vines. My niece Madison comes to mind, when she was a young child and visiting she would always ask if she could just pick them and eat them right off the vine.
