My cucumbers are done for the season, vines dried up and bug eaten. Thank goodness for “Farmer John”, he sent back me some delicious white cucumbers with his parents. I hosted Bunco this month and the theme was salads. We had a great feast from egg salad sammies, BLT panzanella salad, taco salad and a beautiful fruit salad just to name a few. Happy Summer! I am enjoying all the tomatoes and working through my list of must have tomato dishes. This recipe for Shrimp with Roasted Tomatoes and Feta is defiantly worth turning on the oven.
