What ate the garden?
I checked out the garden and noticed my dill, which was knee high, was munched down to stalks! Then I noticed 2 rows of beans, munched down to stalks and the lettuce and the kale! We have a high fence to keep out the deer, a low fence to keep out the rabbits, an electric fence on the low fence to keep out the raccoons and a cat to keep the chipmunks out. What got in? A groundhog went under the fence. Why is my garden so delicious? My neighbor has a bigger and better garden, that just has netting around it. I don’t wish it on them but I don’t understand it. Check out the damage.
It also dug a hole under the pool house, we put a live trap by the hole and caught it by dusk. Now please leave my garden alone.
